MONEY MAGAZINE’S 2016 CONSUMER FINANCE AWARDS

MONEY MAGAZINE has released it's 2016 CONSUMER FINANCE AWARDS.

For the 12th year Money’s Consumer Finance awards issue reveals the financial institutions providing customers with top value in 12 key categories.

Money’s research partner Canstar closely scrutinized more than 15,000 financial products and services from more than 200 financial institutions to come up with our deserving winners.

Which institutions took out the coveted bank, building society and credit union of the year titles and just where does your financial institution rank?

Things move fast in the finance world and last year’s winner may not necessarily be this year’s best.

Money can reveal what products helped get the winners across the line and how much you can save with the top products.

This year’s winners…

  • BANK OF THE YEAR – NAB

That's crazy that Comminsure got a first, memories are short regarding the not paying claims saga in the media this year. David from NSW

Peter from QLD commented:

The legislation that will be passed re superannuation clearly has a retrospective element. That makes me very nervous when conservative governments start that. How can seniors now make decisions to secure financing the time they have left when the only income is from those decisions, legal at the time, that may be changed by a punsie lot of bureaucrats and politicians thus having no other income to maintain the standard they choose when earning income. You lost me Melcolm

I have been with credit union's for the last 20 years I don't have anything with a bank anymore.

Roger
Roger from QLD commented:

They have completely forgotten what Customer Service is; and that is why I am switching over to a bank who knows how to treat their customers.

Roger
Roger from QLD commented:

How does NAB even rate a mention??? They have absolutely no regard for their loyal customers.

Someone
Someone from VIC replied to Roger:

Absolutely!!
