The results are in.

And the winner is… HCF!

Well, they’re among the winners anyhow, along with the likes of AHM GMHBA, Medibank and NIB.

In their latest independent review released this week, consumer advocacy group CHOICE has listed their recommended Health Insurance policies in a variety of categories and they’ve given a special shout out to FiftyUp Club partners HCF for the second year running.

(NB: Today is the final day to get the current $400 Special Offer with HCF, so be sure to get a quote here before it’s too late...)

HCF reports: “For the second consecutive year, HCF Basic Hospital has secured CHOICE’s recommendation across the majority of Australia. Building on 2016 recognition, HCF Premium Hospital (no excess) has this year also received a CHOICE recommendation in nearly every state. Further, HCF Premium Hospital (with excess) has been recommended by CHOICE in South Australia for a second consecutive year.”

So, the CHOICE 2017 Recommendations are:

  • HCF Basic Hospital – NSW, QLD, SA, WA, NT,
  • HCF Premium Hospital (no excess) – NSW, QL, SA, WA, ACT, TAS
  • HCF Premium Hospital (with excess) – SA

The annual investigation released by CHOICE selects policies in each category that provide the best value for money. The review takes into account the premium, treatments covered and out-of-pocket costs.
